i’ve used novelship a few times now, and their marketplace rules are easy to understand. the fees and delivery steps weren’t hard to find, though it did take me a little time to read through everything. overall, it felt fair and straightforward.

Tracking updates did come through quickly, and support replied when I reached out, but their response was just okay. I’d say keep an eye on your order and don’t expect amazing customer service
